Perfect hot evening supper. Warm marinated and then quickly fried lamb (only 30 mins) on a bed of hummus and drizzled with lemon sauce. Tonnes of herbs too.
Make the hummus in advance. I’ve now got a freezer full. A result of a 500g pack of dried chickpeas that had to be used up. Next time more garlic, less tahini. Tailored hummus. Yum.
