With the morning sun shining and only seven degrees, two coats and a brisk walk to Victoria Park along the canals was a perfect start to my Sunday.
Autumn now feels close to an end given that down is now necessary. Luckily the trees are still golden.
A warm coffee (never hot) from Pavilion Cafe in the park to go helped me on my return walk through some shady sections.
On the way back, a quick stop at my local craft store for knitting needles. Also signed up for a sock class!!
Only just made it to yoga in time. Then an afternoon coffee with friends in Shoreditch, followed by stuffed and roasted aubergine with a boozy tiramisu for supper.
Quite a different Sunday than I would have had in the country, where craft stores, yoga and essential Italian ingredients for tiramisu are in short supply.
